New Year’s Day always brings an amazing B-2 Rose Bowl flyover shot.

We have already published some shots of “Spirit 11”, the B-2A belonging to the 509th Bomb Wing, from Whiteman AFB, Missouri, that kicked off the Rose Parade in Pasadena, on Jan. 1, 2019.

The one above is another shot, needless to say taken by Mark Holtzman (who took a bunch of Rose Bowl flyovers from a Cessna flying above the Stadium as done in 2009 during a Rose Bowl flyover by another B-2; or in 2016, 2017 and 2018) of the B-2 doing the Rose Bowl flyover during the national anthem of the U.S. ahead of the 105th Rose Bowl Game that pit The Ohio State Buckeyes against The University of Washington Huskies.

The B-2 was piloted by Col. Matthew Calhoun (an alum of The Ohio State) and Lt. Col. Bob Bryant.
